Questions

Anything else? See the pricing page or ask us.

What size label works on a 12 oz coffee bag?

A 4 by 5 inch front label is the recommended catalog starting point for a standard 12 oz coffee bag. Bag constructions vary, so measure the flat printable panel and check clearance around the valve, top seal, bottom fold, and side gussets before ordering.

What information belongs on a coffee bag label?

Common front-label details include the roaster name, coffee or blend name, origin, process, roast level, tasting notes, and net weight. Roast dates, best-by dates, brewing guidance, and roaster contact details can move to a back panel. You remain responsible for required legal content.

Which material should I use for coffee labels?

Coffee labels print on white vinyl in a matte or glossy finish, cut to shape. Matte is a versatile, quiet default, and glossy makes colors stand out. If your bags will face moisture, oils, refrigeration or outdoor exposure, email us before you order.

What is the minimum coffee label order?

The catalog minimum is 25 labels, enough for a seasonal release or a test run. Self-serve orders go up to 20,000 per design. Over 20,000, email us at matt@stickersidekick.com.

Can I upload existing coffee bag artwork?

Yes. Upload finished artwork, choose the coffee package and label setup, then review the proof before ordering. For new designs, share your website or Instagram and we will research your business first.

How long do coffee label orders take?

Printed stickers ship in under a week after you order, and we email tracking when they ship. Bag labels follow the same timeline. Shipping is free on every US order; prices include it.
